Cost: Covered by most insurance plans. Self-pay e-visit rate applies — ask at booking.
For a medical emergency, call 911. After-hours virtual care is not a substitute for emergency services. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or another life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
Book online at book.covenant.clinic or call us at (575) 556-0200. Choose your preferred provider and time, and you'll receive a link to join your virtual appointment.
If you have insurance, your visit is covered — you may owe a copay depending on your plan. If you don't have insurance, the cost is a $79 flat fee for the telemedicine e-visit, paid at booking. The fee covers your video visit and any prescriptions your provider sends to your pharmacy. (An in-clinic urgent care visit is a separate $150 self-pay rate.)
Yes! Most insurance plans cover telemedicine visits, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Presbyterian, Medicare, United Healthcare, Molina, and many others. We'll verify your coverage when you book. If your plan doesn't cover virtual visits, you can use our $79 e-visit self-pay option.
Yes, including antibiotics, refills, and lifestyle medications. We do not prescribe controlled substances (narcotics, stimulants, benzodiazepines, sleep aids).
Your provider can refer you to our clinic for follow-up care if needed. Since we're a local Las Cruces practice, you have access to the full continuum of care — not just a one-off video visit.
Yes! Covenant Clinic is open 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, including weekends and holidays. You can book a telemedicine video visit any day of the week.
Consent forms are available in Spanish. Video visits may be conducted with interpreter assistance.
Yes. After 7:30 PM, our after-hours virtual care lets you connect with a licensed provider by secure video — no ER trip required. Save your spot online at covenant.clinic/save-my-spot and a provider will see you by video from the comfort of your home. Most insurance plans are accepted; self-pay e-visit rates apply for those without coverage. For a medical emergency, call 911.
